I have received wrong shipment after 10 days of delay and making full balance payment as suggested by customer care for alternate product i required.
Now this is enough, you guys are really unprofessional and discourteous for customer's care, i have tried to reach customer care by many ways but there was no reply despite of my several emails to company, it took always 15 minute of time to get response from helpline number
MY call was again dropped by your customer care person without any correct information.
and i am going to fill consumer court complain againts Letsbuy.com (eTree Marketing Pvt Ltd) now for this mental stress, i will also make put my this mail thread on several consumer forum.
