I have purhased a kids shoes from Factory Owned Showroom on tailors road, Amritsar. The cost of the shoes is Rs 600 dt 5.012.2011. I have approached the showroom manager for replacement of the shoes he did. But the shoes lost the colour in 15 days. I have to again approached the show room manger to help me more. I have to write this to you that my exprience with the company is so bad that I never recomended any body to purcahse the product of Liberty co. Give me solution or provide me dupliacte copy of the same bill so, I can move to consumer form.
