To loop mobile,

A service called mantra was activated by the company without any notice to us and we have lost balances close to around Rs 200.

it is a kind of cheating done by the company with us...

i request the company to refund us the balance deducted at the earliest... it sounds very cheap to know that the company is earning revenues at the cost of trouble and cheat to the customers...

shameful...!
