DELAY OF DELIVERY

I booked a gas cylinder on 06.03.2012 with Shahid Subhash Gas Service, Shahdara vide conction no. NG0127, got confirmation on 11.03.12 booking no - 6089-9631383 and aslo got cashmemo massage no.6187 dt.13.3.2012 but till today i, e 23.03.12, I have not recd. supply of cylinder.
