In response to my complaint (no. 9012203) Dated 6/9. I wrote a complaint on Sep 18. For that somebody talked to me at phone to change the battery on 22nd Sep 2011.But nobody came to change it at my home. So it is reminder Ist so that you may understand the problems being faced by my family.
