I am Ravii Barigal, My Consignee M/S Suruchi Super Market DEWAS (Madhya Pradesh) Couriered Important document through Madhur Courier Services on 19/09 from DEWAS to BHOPAL For M/S Gaurica Educational Products. Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh) with docket no.1410169768.I have track the position of courier on site http://madhurexpress.net/madhurnet/cnsgtracking_2.aspx. According to Madhur Courier Tracking my document received at Main Branch Office BHOPAL on 20/09 (OGM/Run sheet No.5084187) and forwarded to Local Branch Shahpura (BHOPAL)-{314} [DIRECT] on the same day i.e., 20/09 (OGM/Run sheet No.2826). Even Madhur Couriered Services Head Office Bhopal confirmed me that they received parcel on 20/09 in Bhopal and forwarded to Shahpur Branch (Bhopal). Since then we are calling them 4-5 time’s in a day and every time they are giving us a new reason. Today is 22/09 and till now I did not received my courier.
I am getting frustrated with Madhur courier services. They are playing with the emotions of customers. I want to take a strong action against this irresponsible courier service. Please I would like to know the procedure - how to log complaint in consumer forum.
