Sir,
This is with reference to my order no. 5637164 and approval date 23 Oct. 2009 for the above mentioned product.
This is to inform you that said device is not working smoothly, as after recording sometime it shows the recorded data or sometime it cannot render the file and also sometime it could not switch off the blue light. So kindly inform me what is the problem in the device or guide me how I can correct the problem at my level.
Moreover charger is also not working immediately on the very first day.
Please inform me at your earliest.
