I had Booked for the refilling of LPG cylinder on dt. 31/03 and this is delivered on 5.04.11 but i did not get the lpg cylinder because the delivery man blacked it. So what can I do? My distributor is a very cheater person (M/s MANVEER GAS AGENCY MAIN BHAJAN PURA ROAD KARAWAL NAGAR DELHI 110094 PH. 01122563267, 22564602). So, Please solve my case otherwise I go to RTI act.
