Unsatisfactory Service and Fake Product

Dear Sir/Mam,

I have bought your LG AC (its split 5 star AC worth of Rs.24000/-) in Sep-09. Since, then, I have one or other problem with AC and since 4 days, its was not working at all.

You dealer, M B Marketing has given very bad response, and not provided the service well.

We are totally unsatisfied with his service. Please cancel his dealership urgently.
