Dear Micromax / Consumer Forum,
I am pained to finally make this complaint after a long and agonising treatment I have gone through. I've purchased a Micromax Q3 mobile on 02 Aug 10 from Sanal mobile communication, UG-26-A, Somdutt Chamber-I, Bhikaji Cama Place, New Delhi- 66. (Tel: 41658400 & 9250386736). From the begining the quality of audio & voice was very poor and the set used to behave very erratically during high humidity time. The quality of picture was also too hazy. I could not approach the shop, since I was away from delhi for a long time and being in military, I could not use the phone in the restricted area and I could not come back to Delhi. Finally I've come down to Delhi in the last week of May and approached the shop. I was promptly directed to a service centre which in the other corner of Delhi. I've taken all the pain to search and locate the service centre in a basement in Lajpat Nagar. The attitude of the centre was really bad and I did not want to use any pungent words for that. Even though I've spent almost Rs 3300 for the unit 10 months back and ran around in auto and wasted entire day and to the tune of Rs 400 for the service ecntre, the out come is zero and I am thoroughly exhausted and pushed to the wall with no kind words / favourable solution. Therefore, I am forced to contact you for a speedy solution / replacement of my unit. Details are as under.
