We have purchase Three Machines BIOMMETIC RFID CARD TIME ATTENDANCE SYSTEM (BCBA BB MT-58 BIO-3) from MICRO SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS, at time of purchase they promise us we will give each and every kind of services to our company, after handover the machines, there service is very poor, even there executive also, not entertaining us properly, as our organization is very big, he also knows that this machine will not be successfull at this kind of environment, we want our machines amount back according to deductions but (for 3 machine we paid Rs 30, 000/- and now they are returning us only Rs 8, 000/- which is not acceptable)
if you want to take inspection/demo of this we are ready for that,
please provide us solution for this
