Not getting proper feed/service after sell

I have brought Samsung micro oven on 12/11 from Maruti sales & service, Bharuch. During purchase delear has told me that kit along with diwali gift is not in stock so they will give within week time. Till date i have visited four time to shop but answer is same that these items are not come from company.

After one month of purchasing of product still i am not able to use.

Now i am feeling that delar has cheat me and will not give me this items.
