Dear Sir,
I had purchased one ‘Misty’ model water purifier of your company on Dated 26-09. The unit No. GP-117692, Membrane No. 563236 & Pump No. 117692. The unit was installed by your dealer Sri Gulzar Singh Mb. No. 098727-87759, 099142-12488, and 097813-07610.
The filter units of purifier stopped working around 2 months ago. Sri Gulzar Singh was called for service. He took away the filters for further repair/ replacement. Now, He is not attending the phone & we are forced to drink non purifier water.
The warranty of unit is up to 25-09. We request you to kindly intervene in the matter & get our purification system repainted as soon as possible.
