As I had purchase Spy -pen from Napptol Dt;1/1 order no.125383 but pen was not working and I complain about product, Napptol requested to return pen and said they will provide new one, and as per discussion I had return the faulty spy pen Dt;24/2 by courier Rec No.367126090

But very sorry to say till today DT:15/4 I had not received my pen
