Was to receive a courier from flipkart. The packet was despatched on 18th of Feb and was received at the courier company's Ahmedabad office on 21st Feb. Havn't got the delivery of the courier till 26th Feb. Apalling service. Called the local office on 25th morning and was told that it will be delivered that day itself. In the evening, was told that it would be delivered on 26th. I am writing this complaint at 5.00 pm on 26th and have recd the packet.
Such courier companies should be made to close their business.
