Late Delivery and Bad Response

This is with full frustration I am raising this complaint. I booked gas two weeks before and each time I call them, they will tell ‘surely tomorrow madam we will deliver’. But since this time they haven’t delivered it. I have called them nearly 200 times to all the 3 LAN line numbers since it is my need. But only twice they attended the call. Once a girl attended and she told the same. Then second time, just after one week since they didn’t deliver the gas, I called them again. After trying many times, finally a GUY took the phone. He was not even talking properly. I asked him the delivery boy’s number. He gave a number that is 24/7 switched off. Then we went directly to the agency taking the empty cylinder. But they told the go-down is far so they can’t give. So surely they will deliver it that day itself. And gave another delivery boy’s number. I called him that moment itself and he told he will deliver it before 4pm that day itself. But till 5 they didn’t deliver and when I call him he is not picking the call.

Now it’s almost two weeks gone and I called them almost 200 times. Please note that I am a working women and it is very difficult for me. I have to find time in between by work and wait for their arrival. Also when we went to their office, one guy who attended me was good. But the other guy sitting in next counter behaved to us very badly.
