Hi,

I have apply Passport in Tatkal. Passport is ready with in 48 hours. But Speed post took 3 days to deliver. As we need the passport with in 72 hours, as we are moving out of Country for Job. I have called 10 times to GPO and talk to Mr. Bala 22438849. I have request to deliver the Passport ASAP. But Mr. Bala doesn’t know that its delivered or Not. I have request him 10 times to check it, and He say me he don’t know who to check it, and its not his Job as he is Deputy Manager GPO. Finally he says me we can get passport next 3 days, where we are running short of time, he may not knows value of time. Its sounds 11th wonder to me that Speed Post will take 96 hours (as its came 1 day before to GPO) to deliver a parcel with in cal.

I strongly believe INDIA a growing fast and Calcutta only Moving back, As I am also a Cal Guy, I feel today why a lot of people are moving Out side of cal now a days. As people are most irresponsible in Top most position any body can Imagine about normal people.
