PETROCARD/PETRO BONUS B.P
Non access of Card ID No. CU0000265581

I, Dr Sanat R Joshi having Petro Card No. 724176081008 2589/ Oct'07 Customet ID No. CU00000265581.

Since last over a month Peoro Card is not accessible, reason not know to us. I used to usually fill the petrol from Roy's Auto Boutique, Vasco Da Gama. Goa.

Last amount loaded is still balance in the same card.

It is requested to kindly either replace the card or do the needful at earliest. So far i have never used petromiles.
