i am regular customer of reliance fresh at paldi and anjali, ahmedabad but from last few months i observed that your staff is taking the money of polythene bags also, which is supposed to be given by the shop oweners to carry the goods.when i demand the bill of that polythene bag, your staff is refusing the same and today when i done the same thing, they have increase rs.1.00 in the mrp of the product.is it fare? govt.has baned low grade plastic polythene not baned at all, and is ambani need rs.1also for polythene bag? if it is by policy than why you are not putting it on the wall that here we are taking extra money for the polythene bag?
really surprise, even small retailers are freely giving the polythene bags, and your staff is behaving like they are our boss and we are defolter of reliance fresh?
today i have experienced at paldi, ahmedabad store where he has taken re.80 of brookbond redlable tea, instead of 79 which is mrp, on the name of polythene bag.
