This is my opinion and some advice to help you.
First report the card STOLEN or LOST by federal law when a credit card is reported STOLEN or LOST they must cancel THAT credit card number and expiration, cut the credit card in half.By doing this the company that is automatically billing you must stop because they wont have your credit card or debit card information any more. Your credit card company will offer to send you another replacement card say ok, then when you receive the new card dont activate it. During this time file a Better Business Bureau report, a Consumer Complaint Report and Attorney General Complaint against the company that has been automatically charged your credit card. Write a letter to the correspondence mailing address of your credit card company denying the charges, request they dont allow any more charges go thru, and when you send this letter send it by way Certified Mail with Return Receipt (dont forget to put YOUR ADDRESS on the green Return Receipt slip) so after they sign for it it will be returned to you in your mail box, so you will have proof of your letter being received by the credit card company. Please note if you dont get your own proof they had received it they will lie and say they never received it. The credit card companies are in the business of lying, stealing, deceiving, betraying customers trust and anything else Satan Tells them to do.
I had a problem with Discovery COSMEO, Vongo and Amazon.com issuing automatic payments to my credit card account and Amazon.com on my debit card with the bank. I had to learn the hard way, in all cases I got all my money back plus over limit fees. I was charged due to these automatic charges. I got all NEW cards that was the only way to stop them with their automatic charges. In all cases I had called and e-mailed the company to cancel the transactions, to no avail, why would they stop charging you you are their ATM (Automatic Thieving your Money). They wont stop then you stop them. Get a new card where they dont have the card number and get all the charges they have placed on your account back. You can go back up to six (6) months and get your money back.
