To everyone, in India or Abroad, who are willing to take the payment gateway from this scam website www.ccavenue.com please don't take. 2 Months back i took there service, and we got lot of orders through their payment gateway, but when the time came to withdraw the money, they blocked our account with no reason and saying, services which you rendered is allowed... if so... why didn't they informed us before...
So anyhow we told them to kindly refund the customer payments which are in ccavenue account. They said, ok amount will be refunded, and till date they haven't refunded amount to any customer, all payment they pocketed. When customer contact ccavenue for payment, they say merchant will pay... but from where should we pay, because ccavenue didnt forward the amount to us (merchant). We have more than 500 customers who are victim of this fraud company. However if customer is coming to our office we are convincing them with all the information.
We want this fraud company to be closed totally and merchants please don't join them... we lost more than Rs. 16000000 INR,
