A translation company not paying for translations

I'm a freelance translator who worked for Adith Multilingual in autumn 2008. They owned me a bit over $3000, and I had to wait for more than six months to receive half of it, and I never received the other half. I've tried to contact them, but they don't reply to me anymore.
