On 9/27 I was emailed from [email protected] a supposed telemarketing firm based in Bangalore, India by a person called Adi. I am in the mortgage business, so I know that he markets to mortgage brokers, but he probally emails his servicesto any company that might use telemarketing. BEWARE. Here is what happened to me-
I sent him $300.00 via Xoom on 9/28. To make a long story short- After he takes your money, he does not do any telemarketing, states that there have not been any leads and if you push him he will send you a report showing no leads.
On 10/13 my program allegedly started (2 weeks after it was supposed to). On 10/24, after I pushed him for it, he sent me a report showing a total of 9 calling hours with not one lead. I emailed him and told him that since the program was not working, he should stop it and refund my $273.00 (9hrs @ $3= $27.00 from $300).
On 11/20 he agreed to send me $232.00 soon. To this date 1/19 I have received nothing. When he does answer an email he states that the money will be coming soon. He is a THIEF and a LIAR!

And we offer refinance and also new home purchase leads or any other leads as per your requirements
Estimated average calls per hour are over 100 and live contacts are 20 per hour. For regular start, we suggest 1000 hours in a month which means 20000 live contacts at a cost of $3000 all inclusive. or you can also start with test of $300/100 hours for 2000 estimated live contacts
In case of need, we can send you references in U.S.A.(mortgage industry) about our credibility We will be able to keep proper control of the leads exclusivity by monitoring the calls made by our agents and ensure that leads are not stolen or sold elsewhere by our calling agents as we will be keeping watch on utilization of long distance minutes thru utilization reports and will be additionally verifying any calls with longer duration
We can also assist from originating loan until funding of loans at all stages without any extra cost to you and we can also handle software like Calyx Point, Encompass or any other software which you may be using
Please consider this as a joint venture program as we are charging a minimum price to recover some of our costs and we are willing to wait until funding of loan for our real remuneration which can be linked to loan funding. $3 hourly is only a partial cost which we are asking you to pay us and balance we incur on our own. Please also provide us with access to your software wherein I can see the movement of lead/loans in process.
In current situation of high interest rates refinance (my estimate is refinance volume is only 10% compared to last year) has become very competitive as fewer clients are there who are being contacted by many brokers and sometime same client deals with several brokers and want to go with the lowest rate/cost broker.
Besides, new home purchase business option can be successfully used and this may bring more clients.with relatively less competition as all brokers generally donot handle Purchase.
