Cheating of the customers

I have done a photography of my own & got hard copies of Passport size Photograph & stamp size photograph from Fotofast Express, Sukhwani Chambers, Station Road, Pimpri, Pune - 18.

I asked them to give a soft copy of the my photograph in my own CD. They asked me extra charges of Rs.10 for giving the soft copy of the photograph in CD (Transferring from computer to CD) which is totally wrong/cheating when I am taking the hard copies of the same.

In earlier days when digital photography was not available we used to get negative of the same photo along with hard copies of the photo.

This is totally cheating of the customers. BEWARE!
