FotoFast anyway is a third rate establishment that specializes in cheating customers with extra charges. Experiences the worst in Pune, India.

-They have the gall to sign you up for a Rs 25 rewards card, and then tell you it's not valid on that day's purchase. Even you show up with film later in the day.

-They'll charge Rs 10 just to drag and drop your own photo onto a pen drive.

-Their 'rewards' program means you have to manually count the total pts after saving all receipts and then bring them back to the store, so they can say its invalid.

-Their staff are picked off the street with no training. Usual vernacular people who can't communicate to save their lives. They will stand like dodos when customers yell at them.

Like most Indian bania businesses, this one too treats customers like adversaries. They won't budge to see a customer pleased - they won't accept any errors made. This is what they are trained at.

Avoid this chain at all costs.
