Intex ups
UPS NOT WORKING

Dear Sir

I have purchased a Intex UPS model Protector 600 VA on 27.06.11 of warranty 2 years from Jamshedpur. After been on year it has stopped working. I have lodged complaints to customer care at No-18001038822 and received a registered complaint No-1110SP1650948 Dt-12.10.11.As per the customer care of Intex it was supposed to be attend at residence within 24 hrs. But no action has been taken care by the service provider even after reminder at the same customer No.

I thwerefore request you to verify the matter from your end t rectifie it at the earliest.
