I am using INDANE cylinder for my house. Last few days I noticed there is a leak in my cylinder. So on monday (18/10) I made a complaint to Ajitha agency who is supplying cylinder to me. A mechanic from the agency reported and checked the cylinder.he told to me that the pin in the cylinder is struck, so I will report to the agency & godown and will replace the leakage cylinder. After that today (21/10) a delivery boy came with a new cylinder. But he is saying the cylinder has no weight so we will not replace it. But actually if we open the knob of the cylinder a strong gas with high pressure is comming out. Since I residing in aflat system, everyone is complaining about the leakage. If any thing serious accidents take place, the agency & the indane gas is responsible.
I am facing this problem for the past four days. Agency is not replying to me properly & the delivery boy is talking too much that we have replced the empty cylinder, How is it possible, with a problem of leakage.
please respond to this problem immediately & take necessary actions, otherwise I have to file a report in consummer court.
