Re -Non Receipt of 3nos Half Yearly Bills & 4th bill served with penalty

This is with ref to the property tax A/c no.-VA0001505046, property no.-TUR - 23 - 0027--0004 (D) which is in the name of Lessor: C.I.D.C.O., Leasee- M/s Nirmal singh Puransingh, SUB OCC - AmarjeetSingh.

I Amarjeet singh, the owner of above mentioned property hereby complaint about the non-receipt of 3nos. half yearly property tax bills & then 4th half yearly bill received with a huge penalty added,

For your information: last bill received was for Oct to March which was with zero payment to be made, due excessive payments made earlier.

Following bills not received :

a) April to Sep

b) Oct to March

c) April to Sep 2010 .

The property tax charged per half yearly is Rs. 2197 ex penalty, which if summed up for a, b, c here above current bill for Oct to March shall sum upto (3 x 2197) 2197 for the current bill = Rs.8788, instead i have been charged with Rs.14030 as payment due.

Have made the payment of Rs.10065 today (29th Nov) which is in excess of Rs.1277 .

Request you to look in to my account records as have never defaulted on payment.

Special Mention: I am a senior citizen with 70 Yrs of age, hence request you to look in to the matter, acknowledge & oblige
