I Have renewed my ten downlines distributors's distributorship for a year total amount rupees 3680=00 on 11/09 through netbanking my sbi account-0030465011556 and transanction gone failed but amount deducted. and so for that deducted ammount not received. it is over a week. please solve this problem soon.
