Price charged above MRP

There is a shop in CROWN PLAZA mall at Sector 15 A in Faridabad by the name of JAINIZM CAFE. This shop charges price (s) higher then MRP on Tropican Juice (s), tetra pack of slice/frooti and cold drink bottles of 300 ml. I paid Rs. 20 for Tropicana Juice when the MRP is Rs. 18 and paid Rs. 15 for a cold drink bottle of 300 ml when its MRP is Rs. 12. When I argued with the shop keeper, s/he did not listen to me and charged me the full amount.
