Dear Sir

I buyed a bata shoe pair from athorised Bata showroom at Thane near Thane railway station at Rs 1299. after use of 10 days its mouth stitches get opened. at 12/12 I submit complaint to Bata call center having complaint No-02018951 on telephone no 01166032282. they promise me to reply with in 7 working days but still there is no reply from there side. so i request you to do some needfull in this matter.
