DAMAGED PRODUCT - PATHETIC SERVICE

I bought a ADLER T1000 THREADMILL, motorized with a lifetime service contract from TI CYCLES . The experience till date has been painful and pathetic and a COMPLETE WASTE OF 30K .

Soon after purchase on May 23rd the treadmill started giving problems with the belt loosening up under light use.

The local service center was so harsh and arrogant that they completely refused any support citing that everyone was busy on sales for the next 1 month!!

Then after quite an altercation and threats of returning the product and demanding full refund, they sent a bunch of naive technicians who somehow managed to tighten the belt.

I was completely unaware of the mess they had made. The motor belt had started eroding on further use and the internals were competely covered with residue when the first service came up.

It was supposed to be done on Nov 23rd 2010 and nobody visited for 10 days and then finally when they opened it they found the motor belt of the treadmill bust.

Its been 1 month, since December and I'v been waiting for a parts replacement and all BSA service says that couriering a belt from Chennai to Durgapur takes like forever.

RIGHT NOW THE EQUIPMENT IS RENDERED COMPLETELY USELESS

Overall, I really cant make out how such a company survives doling out hapless and lame excuses to innocent customers. Its just a big FRAUD. BSA - STAY AWAY!!
