Dear sir/mam,
I have made an online transaction of mobile recharge through AVENUES INDIA PVT LTD MUMBAI on 31/08 through easymobilerecharge.com site. But my transaction was failed and an amount of Rs.102/- have been deducted from my bank a/c. But when I checked the transaction status in easymobilerecharge.com site it was confirmed that my recharge was failed and also if any amount is deducted from my a/c then it will be forwarded to my a/c within 3 o 4 days. But still now the amount is not come to mya/c. The transaction details is:
