Hai guys i was a customer of aircel for last 8 years but now i fell shame to use it
before 6 month i receive a call from customer care for some offers
i doesnt accept any offer from them
but they r charging for me
when i call the customer care to share problem they r telling that no offer has been activated for my number
but they r charging for it
since for the last 5month i was trying to cancel those offer i was not able to do
all the center are responsing that they will only collect the amount and they will not response for the problem
atlast i went to head office but there too i was treated badly
i was really shocked on seeing that like response
