These guys are the biggest cheaters in the industry. they activate a service of nowhere charge you, when you try to deactivate the service they say no service is activated on your number and then when you talk to the customer care they say yes we have deactivated the service. but for the next 15 days you are charged for the service which you don't want and then you try to deactivate the service and you deactivate it but its still there. You are charged for it and when you ask for the reasons Senior Executive Chandraneel Bandyopadhyay has to say "Sir it has been deactivated yesterday@, when i m calling him to tell i have received a push message a min ago. what else can be said for the great gambler THE BHARATI AIRTEL.
