this is to infom you that i have purchased a new sim card n0-9018404456 on dated 25/12/09 fromrealiance customer care office kathua (j&k), and t has not been activated till now i have visted countless time to the customer care office but didnt get any positive response i m totally upset with the services which u r giving in this district . its very pain full, hope u will under stand the gravity of the the situation and will do something positive in this regard.
