Prepaid not activate

Sir,

I get a mobile prepaid car in PYARI JODI offer by BSNL. on 24/11. I deed first recharge of 32 and get Rs. 15/- balance. but company did'nt activate my card. I register complaint having docate no. 4424961 on 27/11/10 but no result. so on 1/12/10. i again register compliant having docate no. 4498063 but same no result. again i ask to call center but operator gives me same docate no. and said she register new compaint ant will get reply within 48 hours..

i provided all necessory document to the office at the time of submittion of form.

so do the need full.
