Not providing DND service & unfair charges

Sir,

I m the holder of telephone no 9420310731 of BSNL as service provider. Even after various number of times registration of DND they are not providing DND service. They are deducting unfair amount of deduction on account of songs activation, circket subscription etv. I had not opted for any value added service. They are not disconnecting the value added services even after making many requests through sms.

Please look in to matter and oblige
