My old parents are living at khambhat. telephone is the only medium through wich we can hear each other. since long time it is observed that the telephone is not working properly that too continuous for a week or more. my parents are not having other facility like mobile etc.; moreover my father is suffering from ostio arthritis due to which he is unable to walk properly, whereas my mother is a heart patient: therefore both of them can not take trouble of going out and talk with us through std phone.
now my equest is this :
provide un-interruppted telephone service and not to harras my parents because of this complaint.
