Fake Amount Added to my Bill

I am not satisfied with the bill that was raised to me with a rent of 300 per month. As my connection was for Rs.700 per annum of advanced rental. After its period was over rather than revising the same plan in my next bill, it was changed without my consent & bill was raised with 300 per month rent which is not acceptable to me.

I want some action against them. If possible a consumer case.
