My deposit money not received

Respected Sir,

Ref: PhoneNumber at Residence 02692235096 Marut VinoooBhai Psatel

Conplaint Mattter: To receive back my deposit amount of Rs.750/rupees seven hundred fifty onlyWithBSNL which they have no reason whatsoever to keep and useour money.

Address: Accounts officer, AO{TR}AnandPh. No.02692255157

NewTelephone Exchange Bldg, Anand;388001 [GUJ.]

I had given Rs.750/rupees seven hundred only under ReceiptNo.10302227170date24/07VVN235096 at customer-service centre

Vithal udoygnagar on 15/04for the use of internet broadband unlimited plan, I used it only for one month Augustonly. They do not require any deposit for any broadband internet homeplan.

So after August they have no moral or legal right to keep my deposit money with them.

So I submitted their original ReceiptNo.103022271 at customer-service centre

Vithal udoygnagar on 15/04 to forward to account officer at Anand 388001 to receive my deposit amount held by them illegally and without any reason whatsoever.

Since then I have not received any confirmation of mymoney held by them illegally.

I request you to take up the matter with them and help me to receive back my money held by them illegally.
