No Transaction of Balance

Hello sir my name is Manik my mobile number is 9780411448.

I recharge on my Bsnl number 9478252377 of Rs 100 on 15 Aug i recieve sms that Recharge successful but i did not recieve talk time.

I also complaint via mail 2 times to BSNl officer (pg_pathankot@bsnl.co.in) but they did not give reply of my complaints.

please refund my 100 Rs
