More billing debited to my account by ECS

I have convert plane from 12 month to monthly Rs.120/- per month plane on 2nd week of April then i came to USA on 12 april my phone is in order but my house is closed no boby is using my phone from 12 april but bsnl has debited my a/c by Rs.192/- even though by plane is for Rs.120/-. I had complained Mr Modi Comm. Officer on Tele but no body is properly reply me. My phone no. is 079-27495749 my email id [email protected]. Please
