CHANGE ADDRESS

I give application for chage address, my old & also nre house is so close with Mangal murti -Ahmedabad telephone exchage menas I throuw stone its telephone exchange.but after 1 month they not shift my phone..& issue 1 month telephone bill also... yes its only happend in INdia... in Ahmedabad..Cottan Mill close by Emplyees kingness..same BSNL going..No one answering, one take action..alll enjoye salary & kill the time... very shameful to US
