Telephone land line service

As our land line number is 079 25730691. During one of BSNL scheme of advance telephone bill payment we had paid our 12 month telephone service rent in advance during march to march. As per the scheme we have been given new telephone set with caller id facilities. We have not been given new instrument till date and our phone number is dead from nov to till date. We have registered our telephone complain to computerised complain centre five times. BSNL had attended the complain two times but within a week our telephone became dead again.

We have approached BSNL exchange Narol nearby for our complain. They had answered that their underground cable was being theft every weekend and they were not able to solved the problem. Also when we asked about new instrument as per the scheme they told that we had not sufficient stock of instrument and as soon as the stock arrived they were delievered to us.

Now they have given us 10 day notice for not paying our dead telephone's bill payment.
