I have been charged Rs 444.89 (S.T.) in my Bill dated 19.11.10 extra for broadband charges..i have used within the free limites... BSNL has updated its software..bill for the August was not generated... so August Usages was added in october usage..and i was charged extra... many customer are facing the same problem..i have submitted the necessary application and usages details at the concern office..but still they say that it will be approved by the higher authority...
