BSNL all @ 49
Activated this Plan however, i'm being deducted 1rs per call

Hi,

I had recharged my BSNL prepaid phone (91-9986702230) with RC58 which activates the all @ 49 plan. For a couple of days I was able to make calls at 50p. However, now i'm being charged rs1 for all services. Please do the needful to see that its fixed. I'm unable to raise a complaint because the customer care is busy always and is pathetic.
