Landline phone not working

Dear Sir,

I am a customer of BSNL in Amravati district. My telephone number 07222230050 is not working properly for few days. The breakdown of lines always occur to my phone. We complained about it a lot of the times, they make some temporary activities but its not the proper way. The village where my telephone line is deployed is come under taluka Dhamagaon circle of Amravati District. Hope u pay attention to this problem sir.
