Prolonged Delay in giving new landline connection

I have applaid for a new land line connection from BSNL on 17th april (work order no - 47046102) 35 days over and they were unable to give the connection even after frequent visiting to the concerned telephone exchange (shankarpuram exchange) and bringing up the issue with the responsible authorities including the divisional engineer but nobody is taking any interest in solving the problem.

Utter neglegence and irresponsible from all the conserned BSNL executives.
