Since from the beginning i am using the BSNL prepaid mobile service, one year back i changed genaral plane to sumo power pack, now the said BSNL telling that it is only one year plane before to this it said that after one year it will convert into general plane. now a days so many providers providing life time FREE incoming for their customers BUT THE BSNL ASKING RS330/- FOR ONE YEAR VALIDITY. if not paid they are suspend the connection really it very horrible. one exploited customer.
